Welcome to Pingoo. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, downloading, or using Pingoo, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts and Conduct

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You agree not to use the app to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Post spam, unauthorized advertising, or malicious code.

3. Content Moderation and Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Pingoo enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users.

• Moderation: Our moderation team reviews user-generated content and reports. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or block any content or user profile at any time, without prior notice, if it violates our community guidelines.
• Suspension and Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or engage in toxic, illegal, or abusive behavior.
• Appeals: If your account has been suspended or content removed and you wish to request a review or clarification, you can contact our moderation team at noreply@pingooweb.com.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pingoo and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pingoo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

8. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Pingoo may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (such as for verification badges or premium features).

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
